Laptops and Tablet Pens During Campus Closure

Laptop Troubleshooting
Should an issue occur with a student's school-issued laptop during the campus closure, please email helpdesk@duchesne.org for assistance. Limitations on shipping and inaccessibility to the CAVE make physical repairs a challenge, but our technology staff and IT Interns (a.k.a. CAVE girls) are trained to troubleshoot remotely. Also remember that students can access DuchesneConnect, Office365, and all other applications required in the Remote Learning Plan from any device via web browser. Students are also reminded to be careful handing their laptops while at home.

Tablet Pens
The school-issued tablet pens require AAAA battery which are not usually found in stores but can be ordered from Amazon. If a tablet pen is damaged at home, the CAVE can ship out a new one directly to the student's home. To submit a damage replacement request, email helpdesk@duchesne.org with a photo of the damaged pen. If a pen is lost at home, the student is responsible for ordering a new pen.
