My Backpack Connectivity Issues
Senior Systems is working on solutions to recent outages that we have been having with Ascendance and MyBackpack. As a result, Senior Systems, including MyBackpack, will not be accessible all day on Sunday, May 27 from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The other maintenance dates (listed below) are dependent on progress made this Sunday. We will keep you posted as we are informed.
We will make sure to adjust password settings so that access to DuchesneConnect will not be blocked by Senior being offline.
The password sync between DuchesneConnect and MyBackpack has been disabled for the weekend to minimize disruptions to service, therefore we ask that you DO NOT change your password during this time.
Below are the scheduled maintenance windows when Senior Systems will be working on the systems. Please take note of these times and plan accordingly.
