Team Details

Tiffany Ferreira is from Burleson, Texas. She received a B.S. in Elementary Education from Baylor University and a M.Ed in Curriculum & Instruction from Tarleton State University. Prior to starting at Duchesne, she taught Kindergarten at The Regis School in Houston and in Crowley ISD in Fort Worth. Now in her fourth season coaching at Duchesne, Tiffany teaches physical education and coaches Varsity Field Hockey & Varsity Soccer for Upper School.

Rachel Poe is our Outreach Athletic Trainer from Houston Methodist West Hospital. Through Duchesne's partnership with Houston Methodist, we have access to the top Sports Medicine Doctors, the Concussion Center at Houston Methodist, and a full-time Certified Athletic Trainer, Rachel Poe, to provide the best care for our student athletes. 

Rachel attended the University of Houston for both her BS in Kinesiology and her Master of Athletic Training degrees. She spent most of her early career in collegiate sports medicine at Houston Baptist University and the University of Houston before taking a position at Dobie High School for the 2021-2022 school year. Since June of 2022, Ms. Poe has found a home at Houston Methodist Hospital primarily assigned to Duchesne Academy.
