Physicals

Physicals are required each year for all students in grades 6-12 who compete on a school team. Log into Magnus and print the Athletics Yearly Physical Form. Follow these directions:

• Log in to MAGNUS   
• From your Magnus front desk, click "Student Health Tracker."
• Scroll down to the requirement labeled "Athletics: Yearly Physical Form."
• Click on the paper icon to download or print the Athletics: Yearly Physical Form.
• Athletic physicals expire one year from the date of the exam. A May or June appointment will keep your daughter eligible for athletics for the entire school year.
