two girls acting on stage

The Theater Arts Department provides opportunities for students to enhance self-esteem and build self-confidence and self-knowledge through the collaborative and creative art of theater. It seeks to enrich each student's educational experience with an appreciation for the cultural, historical, political, and spiritual values as reflected through the lens of the performing arts.

We offer courses in a variety of levels and genres for acting, writing, and designing theater. In addition to course offerings and full productions, students at Duchesne have regular opportunities to perform at outside competitions, festivals, events, field trips, workshops, and clubs.

Upper School Theatre Presents Silent Sky
