Upper School Theatre Presents "The Women"

Thursday and Friday, March 1 -2, 2018 | 7 p.m. | Cameron Theatre
Sunday, March 4, 2018 | 3 p.m. Cameron Theatre

Clare Boothe Luce's 1936 play, is an brilliant comedy of manners revolving around the pampered lives and power struggles of various Manhattan socialites and up-and-comers. Luce's script is a scathing commentary on the superficial lives of her socialite characters while still giving a heartfelt depiction of the pain her characters experience due to romantic rivalries, toxic friendships, and the realities of life. While men are a frequent source of the conflicts and action of the play, they are only mentioned, never seen in this all female cast production.
