Duchesne Academy held a special ceremony to bless the school's new four-story parking garage on Friday, August 20, 2010. Fr. Brendan Cahill officiated at the ceremony. Sr. Ann Caire, Ginger Niemann, Co-Chair of Duchesne's Reaching Up, Branching Out Capital Campaign, and Senior Rebecca Fritsch, the President of Campus Ministry, participated in the service, reading prayers and gospel passages. Sr. Jan Dunn, Headmistress, spoke to the students and parents present about the benefits of the new garage. She also told the youngest students that while they may not be driving for many years, all of the planning and construction is with their future needs in mind.
