Middle School Volleyball
The Duchesne Middle School Volleyball program is designed to develop and improve individual as well as team volleyball skills. Athletes are taught sound fundamentals as well as advanced skills, strategies, and game tactics based on the team's level. Through competitive volleyball, each individual has the opportunity to develop values taught by team sports such as: self-discipline, reliability, teamwork, commitment to personal and team goals, time management, and the ability to stay focused on the task. The program's success is measured by the individual and team achievements.
Our overall goal for a positive experience is to obtain good character, dedication and appreciation for sportsmanship. By being a team player and demonstrating these qualities on a regular basis, these young ladies will be able to become better athletes on and off the court, just as St. Madeleine Sophie Barat intended for her students.
