Middle School Field Hockey
The Middle School Field Hockey program is committed to introduce the players to all the rules and terms associated with the game.
Emphasis is placed on learning the basic skills through efficient technique. Skills are broken down from complex to simple elements, which are both understandable and achievable.
At this level the most important aspect is to ensure every player has fun and improves her game through challenging goals.
