The faculty members are available to give students extra assistance; however, if a student needs help on a regular basis, private tutoring should be arranged by the parents.  Faculty members may not receive payment for tutoring the students they teach.  Faculty members may tutor students they do not presently teach and receive tutorial payment for their services.  A fee for tutoring will be assessed by the individual tutor.

It is important that private tutors be in direct and regular contact with the appropriate teacher(s) to best meet the needs of the student.  Private tutors should be familiar with Duchesne's Honor Code and should support the expectation that students submit their own work.
